- I started cooking as a young girl, my Mother was supportive...and she is a great cook, however she does not ever deviate from a recipe...I do...always! I have many passions in my life...of course, my fav are my children, but beyond that are the horses, dogs, cats...animals. I train endurance horses and ride mostly on the Western States Trail. The Tevis Cup Trail. I am privelaged to ride some of the best horses ever! I love to garden except that I am constantly at war with gophers... I love to play the piano...Mr. Forbes was the best piano teacher ever in Carmel, where I grew up. I love the moments in life.
